Cooley Advises Underwriters on's Initial Public Offering

Palo Alto, CA – March 10, 2014 – Cooley LLP announced today that it advised the underwriters on Incorporated's $168 million initial public offering., the leader in digital coupons, now trades on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "COUP."

Underwriters of the offering included Goldman, Sachs & Co., Allen & Company LLC, Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated and RBC Capital Markets, LLC.

The Cooley corporate and securities team advising the underwriters was led by partners Eric Jensen and John McKenna and included associates Carlton Fleming and David Ambler. Critical support for the offering was provided by partner Robin J. Lee (technology transactions).
