Palo Alto – June 6, 2016 – Cooley is advising OpenText on its definitive agreement to acquire privately-held Recommind for approximately $163 million.
OpenText is a Waterloo, Ontario-based global provider of enterprise content management solutions. Recommind is a San Francisco-based leading provider of eDiscovery solutions and information analytics.
The Cooley team advising OpenText was led by Timothy Moore and Tali Sealman and Nicole van de Leuv. Key members of the team also included Rama Padmanabhan, Alex Kassai and Kate Nichols.
