San Francisco – May 22, 2019 – Cooley advised 3Q Digital, an independent performance and digital marketing agency, on its control growth investment from PSP Capital and Erie Street Capital. The Cooley team advising 3Q Digital was led by Gordon Ho, Eric Schwartzman and Kassendra Galindo.
The investment will support 3Q Digital’s continued expansion of its portfolio of growth services, marketing technology and geographic footprint.
