Brian Focarino partners with respected global brands to develop, leverage and protect the substantial value of their intellectual property. He serves as primary outside IP counsel to hundreds of high growth companies and market leaders across a full range of trademark, copyright and advertising matters. As firmwide cochair of the Cooley Inclusion Alliance, Brian leads Cooley’s efforts to recruit, mentor and advance exceptional, underrepresented talent in the legal profession. He also teaches Trademark Law at Suffolk Law School.
