Sophia Rios is an associate in business litigation. Her practice consists primarily of commercial litigation matters, representing both plaintiffs and defendants, class action matters and defending businesses facing a new wave of lawsuits alleging violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) related to web-based products and services. Sophia has substantial experience managing complex e-discovery and has used and is interested in the evolution of cost-saving technologies such as predictive coding. Sophia also has experience taking and defending depositions and has argued motions in federal court. In her pro bono practice, Sophia has successfully assisted refugees seeking asylum in the United States.
