Palo Alto – August 3, 2018 – Cooley represented SoftBank Vision Fund on its $240 million Series C investment in Brandless. Matthew Bartus, partner and co-chair of Cooley’s global emerging companies practice, led the team advising Softbank Vision Fund on the transaction.
According to Brandless, the funding will deepen its investment in data science and accelerate the creation and distribution of new products and categories inspired by its community. Brandless will also invest in its operations and logistics platforms and capabilities.
