Andres Medina-Jordan

I’m passionate about helping clients capitalize on financing and other strategic opportunities and maintain positive relationships with their stakeholders. My goal is for clients to be able to focus on operating and growing their business.

Andres Medina-Jordan advises private and public emerging companies from formation planning and founder matters to seed, venture and growth equity financings, exit transactions and securities law compliance and disclosure matters. He provides strategic and legal advice at every stage of a company’s lifecycle. Andres also represents financial and strategic investors in connection with investments and portfolio company governance and operational matters. Before joining Cooley, Andres served as derivatives counsel for a hedge fund and also, before attending law school, helped grow a healthcare technology company (PBM). Andres is a member of the firm’s diversity committee.
