Eric Jensen

Eric Jensen has practiced in Silicon Valley for over 30 years as a corporate securities lawyer. He focuses on representing high growth emerging and public software, internet and other technology companies in capital markets and other corporate transactions. He also has extensive experience representing underwriters such as Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan and Morgan Stanley and a number of leading venture funds. Eric was a member of the firm's management committee from 2000 – 2018 and chaired the firmwide business department from 2008 – 2012. Since 2019 he has served on Cooley's strategy committee.
