Joanna Liebes Hubberts


Joanna Liebes Hubberts’ practice focuses on patent prosecution, portfolio strategy and IP due diligence for medical device companies. Joanna has experience prosecuting and analyzing patent matters in a variety of fields including glucometers, cardiovascular devices, prosthetics, orthopedic implants, heat exchangers, women’s health products and medical imaging technologies. She works closely with her clients to develop and implement comprehensive patent portfolio strategies both domestically and abroad to protect her clients’ innovations around the world. Joanna has experience in investor-side and company-side due diligences, freedom-to-operate, patentability and ownership analyses.
