Marc Suskin represents companies of all sizes in arbitrations under the leading domestic rules (AAA, JAMS, CPR) and international rules (ICC, ICDR, LCIA, SIAC, HKIAC, UNCITRAL), as well as investors in investment treaty disputes against sovereigns (ICSID, ICC, UNCITRAL). Marc is also active in representing companies dealing with issues arising out of mass arbitrations and regularly advises on transaction matters on the enforcement of arbitral agreements and arbitral awards under the Federal Arbitration Act and New York Convention. Marc is fluent in French.
