Michael Welsh focuses his practice on securities enforcement matters, complex civil litigation and governmental investigations. He has extensive experience representing cryptocurrency exchanges, investors and blockchain developers under investigation by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the US Attorney's Offices (USAO), the Department of Justice (DOJ), the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) and other federal and state authorities. Michael also managed investigations on matters related to insider trading, accounting fraud, offering fraud, whistleblower complaints and potential Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) violations.
